Andrew Jacobs is a nonfiction producer with over 20 years of experience developing and producing premium, story-driven content across television, film, and audio. He is the founder of High Five Content, which develops and produces premium documentaries, unscripted series, and narrative podcasts rooted in true stories. In recent years they've produced TV doc series for Hulu and Discovery+, and podcasts for Apple, Spotify, iHeart, Paramount and HBOmax. Notable true-crime work include Hulu's "Captive Audience" and Spotify's "Son of a Hitman" as well as series for Investigation Discovery and HBOmax.
Jacobs is also the co-founder and Head of Programming at the Nonfiction Hotlist, a collective that champions standout unproduced nonfiction projects and connects them with industry partners.
Prior to launching High Five Content, Andrew spent a decade as Vice President of Development at Atlas Media Corp, where he helped develop and produce hundreds of hours of programming for networks including such as ID, A&E, Discovery, MTV, AMC, TLC, Travel and more.
